Restrict access to, or remove, content that appears to infringe copyrighted works.
-
Suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
-
Enforce this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service, which remain applicable at all times.
2. Submitting a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on our Services without authorization, please send us a written notice of claimed infringement. Your notice must include the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
-
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
-
Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including enough detail for us to locate it within our Services.
-
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
Your contact details, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
-
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. What Happens Next
Once we receive a valid infringement notice:
-
We may remove or block access to the reported material.
-
We will notify the content provider of the complaint.
-
For repeat or severe violations, we may disable the user’s access to our Services entirely.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. Your counter-notice must include:
-
Your physical or electronic signature.
-
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its prior location.

Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
-
A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court where your address is located (or where NevadaCorneroperates, if you are outside the U.S.), and that you agree to accept service of process from the party who filed the original complaint.
5. Restoration of Content
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings against the content provider.
